Song.io

I know, I know, the name sounds kinda ridiculous and thus I am very sorry for not being creative. 

This project/game was written by me about like 4 years ago and I didn't know much about Javascript then. 

The code is very poorly written and the ui is kinda clunky. This "game" uses Deezer Api to fetch the 30s previews of the songs. 

The backend of this game is running in NodeJS 12 which by the time of writing is pretty old. 

I tried once to write a better version of it, using Socket.io and ExpressJS but I was not able to finish it due to the lack of time and willingness to do it. 

P.s. I did update the logo on the entrance just for the jokes. Images

My old Websites

Here is a non-react version of this site (the og one). This site was written using Vanilla JS, no react, no next.js, nothing. It looked exactly the same as the current one.
